Due to the recent European Block Exemption Regulations, customers purchasing a vehicle have the right to service and maintain their car outside of a main dealership without affecting their warranty.

Body Repairs

As a motor vehicle insurance policy holder you have the right to choose the repairer you wish to carry out the required repairs to your vehicle and you are not obliged to use only the insurance company’s appointed repairer.

Remember it is YOUR vehicle and you can choose who repairs it. many insurance companies try and influence the customer to use their approved workshops . this is to their benefit and not you. Consider this - in exchange for Approval ,these workshops accept lower hourly rates to do the job - so who suffers ? yes you the customer- have you really got a decent job or have some corners been cut to justify lower hourly rates.
